Terms of Service

The terms that govern TurnKey Website Design's website and services.

These terms govern your use of this website and, together with your signed proposal, the services provided by TurnKey Website Design, LLC (“TurnKey,” “we,” “us”), an Arizona limited liability company. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

TurnKey provides website design, development, hosting management, ongoing support, SEO, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined in the written proposal you sign. If a signed proposal and these terms ever conflict, the signed proposal controls.

Payment

Project work is typically invoiced in installments as stated in your proposal, with a deposit due before work begins. Support plans bill monthly, month to month, with no long-term contract; you may cancel before your next billing date. Unused support hours roll over as described in your plan and expire after twelve months. Invoices are due on receipt unless your proposal says otherwise.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and access needed to complete the work, and you confirm that any materials you supply (text, images, logos, data) are yours to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of business information you ask us to publish.

Ownership

Upon full payment, you own your website, its content, and your domain. Third-party components (themes, plugins, stock assets, hosted services) remain subject to their own licenses. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Warranties and liability

We build and maintain sites with professional care, but no website or software is guaranteed to be error-free or available without interruption, and we do not guarantee specific traffic, rankings, or revenue outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TurnKey’s total liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You are responsible for payment for work completed through the termination date. On request, we will hand off your site files, credentials, and content in a standard format.

Electronic tools

We use trusted third-party tools to run our business, including Stripe for payments, QuickBooks for invoicing, and DocuSign for electronic signatures. Electronic signatures and online payments made through those tools are valid and binding.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
