End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of software applications developed and operated by TurnKey Website Design, LLC (“TurnKey,” “we,” “us”), an Arizona limited liability company, including internal business tools such as KIPP Radar that connect to third-party platforms like QuickBooks Online through their published APIs.

License

TurnKey’s applications are proprietary software. They are developed for TurnKey’s own internal business operations and are licensed, not sold. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, use of these applications is limited to TurnKey and its authorized personnel. No right to copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or resell the software is granted.

Third-party platform connections

Some TurnKey applications connect to third-party services, such as QuickBooks Online by Intuit, using credentials authorized by the account owner. These connections access only the data needed for TurnKey’s own business reporting and operations. Use of each third-party platform remains governed by that platform’s own terms of service. TurnKey applications do not access, store, or process accounting data belonging to any business other than TurnKey Website Design, LLC.

Data and privacy

Data handled by TurnKey applications is treated as described in our Privacy Policy. Credentials for third-party platforms are stored encrypted and are never shared with outside parties.

Disclaimer of warranties

TurnKey applications are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. TurnKey does not warrant that any application will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TurnKey will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of its applications. TurnKey’s total liability for any claim under this Agreement will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Termination

TurnKey may suspend or discontinue any application, or any connection to a third-party platform, at any time. Account owners may revoke a platform connection at any time through that platform’s own connection management settings; for QuickBooks Online, this is done from the Intuit account’s connected-apps settings.

Changes and governing law

We may update this Agreement from time to time; the “last modified” date above reflects the current version. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions can be sent to us through our contact page.
