TurnKey Website Design, LLC (“TurnKey,” “we,” “us”) is an Arizona web design and digital services company. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the business tools we use to serve our clients.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, request a proposal, or become a client, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and the details of your project.

Billing information. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and QuickBooks (Intuit). Card numbers and bank details are entered directly with those providers and are never stored on our servers.

Website usage. Like most websites, we may use analytics tools that collect standard usage data such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

How we use information

We use your information only to run our business and serve you:

3. To send invoices, receipts, signing documents, and service communications
4. To maintain our own accounting and records

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

Connected business services

To operate, we use trusted third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy: Stripe (payments and subscriptions), QuickBooks by Intuit (invoicing and accounting), DocuSign (electronic signatures), and Google Workspace (email and documents). When our internal tools connect to these services, for example through the QuickBooks API, we access only the data needed to create and manage invoices, customers, and payments for our own company. We never access, share, or process another business’s accounting data.

Data retention and security

We keep client records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and tax obligations. Access to client information is limited to TurnKey personnel and the service providers listed above. We use industry-standard protections including encrypted connections and access controls.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we are legally required to keep). Email us at [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
