KIPP Radar

KIPP Radar is an internal business-insights application developed and operated by TurnKey Website Design, LLC for its own operations. It gathers TurnKey’s own business data from the systems the company already uses and produces internal summaries, digests, and reports for the company’s owner. One of those systems is TurnKey’s own QuickBooks Online account, which KIPP Radar reads through the official Intuit API.

What KIPP Radar does

KIPP Radar assembles routine internal reporting for TurnKey Website Design: financial summaries such as profit-and-loss trends, expense patterns, and outstanding invoices, alongside operational information like project deadlines and support workload. Its purpose is to give the company’s owner a clear, regular picture of the business without manual report pulling.

How it uses QuickBooks Online

The QuickBooks Online connection is read-only. KIPP Radar requests reports and transaction data from TurnKey’s own QuickBooks company file and never creates, edits, or deletes anything in QuickBooks. It uses the standard Intuit OAuth authorization flow, and its access is limited to the accounting scope granted by TurnKey’s account owner.

Who can use it

KIPP Radar is not available to the public. It is not offered to clients or other businesses, has no public sign-up, and does not access any QuickBooks company other than TurnKey Website Design, LLC. It runs on infrastructure controlled by TurnKey, and its reports are delivered only to the company’s owner.

Data handling

Credentials for connected services are stored encrypted and are never shared with outside parties. Financial data read from QuickBooks Online is used solely to produce TurnKey’s internal reports and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Use of the application is governed by our End User License Agreement.

Disconnecting

If the QuickBooks Online connection to KIPP Radar is disconnected, the application’s access to QuickBooks data ends immediately. The connection can be reviewed or revoked at any time from the Intuit account’s connected-apps settings. Questions about KIPP Radar can be sent through our contact page.
